You will be the voice of Underneat across the digital landscape. Your goal is to ensure that every interaction, whether it’s a rave review on Instagram or a shipping complaint on an ad, is handled with speed, accuracy, and the Underneat personality.
- Real-time Response: Manage and respond to all comments, DMs, and mentions across Instagram within defined TATs (Turnaround Times).
- Sentiment Shaping: Turn negative experiences into positive ones by resolving issues with empathy and follow-through.
- Escalation Management: Work closely with our customer support teams to resolve order-related queries (refunds, exchanges, etc.) mentioned on social media.
- Spam Control: Keep our community clean by moderating inappropriate content or bot activity
- Trend Spotting: Identify recurring customer pain points and report them to the product/marketing teams to help us improve.
