Additional Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a social media agency, preferably handling D2C or lifestyle brands.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written) and a good understanding of Hindi/Colloquial "Hinglish" to connect with our diverse Indian audience.
  • Tool Savvy: Experience with tools like Konnect Insights, Zoho Social, or Statusbrew is a huge plus.

    Overview

    Underneat is looking for a sharp, empathetic, and quick-thinking ORM Executive to manage our digital reputation. As a brand that lives on the internet, our community is everything. We need someone who understands the nuances of Indian consumer behavior and can represent Underneat online with a sense of humour.

    Responsible For

    You will be the voice of Underneat across the digital landscape. Your goal is to ensure that every interaction, whether it’s a rave review on Instagram or a shipping complaint on an ad, is handled with speed, accuracy, and the Underneat personality.
    • Real-time Response: Manage and respond to all comments, DMs, and mentions across Instagram within defined TATs (Turnaround Times).
    • Sentiment Shaping: Turn negative experiences into positive ones by resolving issues with empathy and follow-through.
    • Escalation Management: Work closely with our customer support teams to resolve order-related queries (refunds, exchanges, etc.) mentioned on social media.
    • Spam Control: Keep our community clean by moderating inappropriate content or bot activity
    • Trend Spotting: Identify recurring customer pain points and report them to the product/marketing teams to help us improve.
